  1. Order Confirmation
  2. A contract for the sale of goods is formed only when Purevia Lifecare receives cleared payment for the order.

  3. Product & Website
  4. Purevia Lifecare reserves the right to make changes to the website, product information, packaging, pricing, or availability without prior notice, provided such changes do not affect orders already placed by the customer.

  5. Payment Methods
  6. We currently accept payments through: *  UPI payments (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe and etc). * Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Terms for international payments – Advance Payment (100%), Letter of Credit (LC), Pay later after acceptance (DA), Pay immediately to get documents (DP).

  7. Secure Payments & Privacy
  8. We do not store customer debit/credit card details or any sensitive payment information. All customer information shared with us will remain secure and confidential.
  9. Shipping & Delivery
  10. Once your order is accepted, you will receive confirmation when the product is dispatched. Orders are delivered through third-party courier and transport partners. While we strive for timely delivery, Purevia Lifecare shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping partners or unforeseen circumstances.

    For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

    An estimated delivery time shall be displayed on the order summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
    Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to inter alia:
    bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, other unforeseen circumstances.

    In the event any delay in delivery of a Product is expected, the Website may, at its sole discretion, intimate the User who may have purchased the same, regarding such delay.

    Where there is a likelihood of delay in delivery of the Products, the User may be notified of the same from time to time. However, no refunds may be claimed by the User for any delay in delivery of the Products, which was caused due to reasons beyond the control of the Website and/or the Seller.

    However in case where a damage has been caused to the Products ordered, the Seller shall replace the products as per the Seller’s replacement policy as may be indicated on the Website along with the Product.

  11. Order Cancellation & Rejection
  12. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:
    * Non-serviceable delivery location
    * Product unavailability
    * Incomplete or incorrect order details
